During your 30-minute visit, a Smile Specialist will take a 3D scan of your current smile, which will be sent to a state-licensed dentist or orthodontist in our affiliated network to review your treatment plan. Our minimum age requirement is 12 years old, and patients must have all permanent teeth present. For patients under the age of 18, we require a parent/guardian signature on the Medical/Dental History Form provided during the evaluation step.
