Customer service is amazing! I had an issue with my retainer recently. John reached out immediately and asked how he could help. I sent photos and he said that he could identify the issue. He promptly sent 2 replacements along with a deluxe kit! The response was quick and efficient. I’ve had a good experience with them since taking over the files! Thanks again!
