Refund policy

At SmileSet, our mission is to provide our customers with the highest quality clear retainers and clear aligners. We are confident in the fit and quality of our products, which is why we offer a comprehensive 30-Day Fit Guarantee.

Returns: If you are dissatisfied with the fit of your clear retainers or clear aligners, or if your needs have changed and you no longer require them, you may return them for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

To begin a return, email us at at support@smileset.com within the 30-day period post-receipt, providing your order number and the reason for the return, then we will reply with further instructions.

Upon receiving the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Exchanges: In addition to returns, we offer exchanges. Should you need a new retainer or new aligners due to an improper fit, we will provide a new impression kit at no cost to you and create a new retainer or new aligners based on your updated dental impressions.

To request an exchange, please follow these instructions:

  1. Contact us at support@smileset.com within 30 days of receiving your original order. Please specify that you would like an exchange and include the order number for reference.
  2. We will send you a complimentary impression kit with instructions to take your new dental impressions.
  3. Once we receive your new impressions, we will create and send you a new retainer or new aligners tailored to the updated specifications.

Please ensure that the returned items are in the condition you received them in. Our 30-Day Fit Guarantee is valid only if the items are returned within this specified timeframe.

Returns and Exchanges of oral care products: You can return or exchange any oral care product up to 30 days after delivery, as long as the product is unopened support@smileset.com.
