2. Impression Kit Delivery: Receive a SmileSet impression kit at your home, complete with all the essentials for a perfect impression.
3. Return Completed Impressions: Place completed impressions back in the box and seal with the provided sticker. The prepaid return label makes it easy to send back to us.
4. Customized Treatment Planning: After we receive your impressions, our SmileSet experts craft a personalized treatment plan, utilizing the latest in dental technology and supervised by licensed dental professionals.
5. Aligner Creation: Upon approval from your state-licensed dentist or orthodontist, we meticulously create your custom aligners.
6. Complete Smile Delivery: Your full set of aligners, along with the SmileSet Premium Care Package, will be shipped directly to your address.
7. Ongoing Access to Care: You’re entitled to two free virtual visits with your state licensed dentist or orthodontist. Our team of dental experts with years of aligner experience are available 24/7 through chat, sms, email and phone.

Shipping

Is shipping free for all orders?

Absolutely! We cover all shipping costs for your impression kit and aligner set. If you need to return your aligners, please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

What happens if I need to change my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address any time before we dispatch your impression kit or aligners. Once shipped, we cannot change the address, but we can assist you in making sure you receive your kit or aligners promptly.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Smile Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your aligners, you can return them for a full refund. Just make sure to send back all components of your aligner kit.

What if my aligners don’t fit properly?

If your aligners don’t fit as expected, don’t worry. Contact us, and we can issue a new impression kit to better capture your dental profile and adjust your treatment plan accordingly. Our SmileSet Protection Plan ensures you have support throughout your treatment journey.
