Cleaning your aligners is simple. Rinse them under lukewarm water after each use to remove saliva or food particles. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and non-abrasive soap or toothpaste to gently scrub them. For a deeper clean, soak your aligners in our SmileSet Premium Universal Cleaning Tablets solution as directed.

• Do you offer products to make cleaning easier?

Yes, we provide a range of products to help keep your aligners clean and clear. Check out our SmileSet Premium Universal Cleaning Tablets (90pc), our SmileSet Premium Ultrasonic Cleaner with UV Sanitizer, and our SmileSet Rechargeable Ultrasonic Cleaner with UV Light.

• Is shipping free for all orders?

Absolutely! We cover all shipping costs for your impression kit and aligner set. If you need to return your aligners, please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

• What happens if I need to change my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address any time before we dispatch your impression kit or aligners. Once shipped, we cannot change the address, but we can assist you in making sure you receive your kit or aligners promptly.

• What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Smile Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your aligners, you can return them for a full refund. Just make sure to send back all components of your aligner kit.

• What if my aligners don’t fit properly?

If your aligners don’t fit as expected, don’t worry. Contact us, and we can issue a new impression kit to better capture your dental profile and adjust your treatment plan accordingly. Our SmileSet Protection Plan ensures you have support throughout your treatment journey.

• What is the SmileSet Protection Plan?
